“Good design is like a refrigerator — when it works, no one notices, but when it doesn’t, it sure stinks.”

The Process

So what does a UX process look like? Details of the process - such as which tools or methods of testing to use, should be tailored individually for every project. They will largely depend on a number of factors, such as the type of product, budget and deadlines, client requirements etc.

However, the core principles of the process remain largely identical across different projects and platforms.

Therefore we can conclude, that the key points of the UX design process are:

1. Discover/Research

2. Define

3. Prototype/test

4. Design

5. Develop
